You will be charge for the day of arrival not the departure day, as long as your pet is collected by 11 am.
If you are unable to collect your dog before 11am you will incur charges at the day care rate in ½ day increments.
For example: If you drop your dog off at 5pm and do not collect your dog until the following day at 5pm, you will be charged £45 for the night and £35 for the day. Your charge will be £80.
Once we are familiar with your dog we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible with hours of drop off and collection.
